Clare Paulson is the owner and founder of Corporate Coaching & Training Services. He has been providing management training and coaching to clients from a wide range of industries for the last 25+ years. His broad experience contributes much to the presentations that he designs and presents to industry.

Clare has his BSc from the University of Alberta, followed by extensive personal and business development courses through public and private providers. He has received the designations of Certified Professional Behaviour Analyst, Certified Professional Values Analyst, TriMetrixHD Analyst, and Performance DNA Analyst through extensive training and experience with Target Training International, Inc.  These designations prepare him to provide his clients with superior assistance in finding, training, and retaining top performing employees. In addition, Clare is also a Certified EQ Mentor and mentors clients from across North America to assist them in improving their personal EQ.

Clare also had the privilege of working for several years as a member of the Center for Managing by Values consultants team. This was a team of international consultants certified in the delivery of the Managing by Values process. The MBV process was developed by Dr. Michael O’Connor and Dr. Ken Blanchard in the early 1990’s. The process has been implemented in a vast array of companies around North America, ranging from small operators to several Fortune 500 companies.
