Presenter’s Biography

Norbert Lemermeyer

Over the past 50 years Norbert has been involved in small business.  From beauty salons, health foods, construction companies, design build, property management and architecture.  During this time he has been mentored by the best and graduated in the E-Myth Mastery Program in small business.  He is committed to mentoring/coaching small business, helping themselves attain success, which is not that difficult if you know how.  It takes looking inward, making a commitment, and openness to changing the way things are done now.   Norbert is the co-author of The E-Myth Architect – Why Most Small Architectural Firms Don’t Work and What to Do About It

Since completing the book, he’s teamed up with a business mentoring company offering an on-line program Architecture+Business.  He also provides one-on-one coaching to small business in Edmonton – architects, property managers, contractors, therapists, engineers, graphic designers, videographers.  Each of them upon completing the program has become newly energized and confident that there is no limit to where their businesses can grow.
